Coastal Watch Towers
A series of 100 coastal watch towers were used to pass warnings up the coast quickly, when there was a pirate invasion or similar in the 1500 era, during the time of the Moors. Signal fires were used in the beginning, but eventually upgraded to signal cannon’s. This one is in the Mijas (coastal) (Google map)
